We support people who have a diagnosed learning disability who are using or need to access health or social care services in the city.

Mental Health Advocacy

We provide mental health advocacy services for people aged over 16 who live in Sheffield, or have a Sheffield GP.

This support is to help with accessing services (for example, a GP appointment) or using those services (for example, a meeting with a Community Mental Health Team professional).
